Growth-Based Irrigation (GBI) – Autonomous Irrigation

Data from the soil, climate, and plant sensors are analyzed by SupPlant’s ground-breaking cloud-based algorithms to provide smart irrigation decisions. These decisions activate the irrigation controller, resulting in a fully autonomous data-driven irrigation system. Today, GBI systems are installed in 14 of the largest agricultural markets in the world. To date, GBI plots have shown a 30% reduction in water use and up to a 10%-20% increase in yields. Additionally, GBI leads to healthier plants, reduces the risks of damage, and enables farmers to accurately reach their quality and size harvest goals.
