Hear from our employees

Grow your career with us

Working at SupPlant means a lot more that writing an algorithm, designing a product or handling sales. It means being part of a team with a global mission: help farmers all around the world speak better plant

Eeyar Lebovitch

Working at SupPlant is an amazing opportunity to grow professionally as an engineer, as a person, and as a team member. What I love most about my job is that I’m a part of something that influences the world, in a way that changes it for the better.
I feel blessed to work in such a positive workplace, where everyone can bring their whole selves to work, and grow with the company

Mor Gutman
Back end developer
Eeyar Lebovitch

The secret potion of SupPlant is a larger-than-life core vision balanced with adaptive execution practices and seasoned with empathetic and supportive culture. There are those aspirations to solve global scale problems that seem at the first glance dreamy, but once you get to know and trust the unbelievable human material working here in unison, those dreams somehow solidify into a personal ambition that makes everybody want to contribute and make a difference. We at R&D are focusing on what it takes to realize those dreams.

Igor Greenblat
Head of HW
Eeyar Lebovitch

The family weaves together, in addition to belonging and rallying, great concern and, therefore, join interest and involvement in a successful future. When work is a family, then projects, respectively, are the offspring. Incredibly exciting to be part of the Team, the Family, the whole world inside for the betterment of the world around

Katia Lurie
QA Team Leader
Eeyar Lebovitch

Coming to SupPlant I tried to articulate what exactly was it that brought me here after many years in the media business. Was it the “beast mode” mentality, where everyone does everything with great passion? the steep learning curve? the fascinating field (yes, I know)? the fact that we aim to change the world for the better, tackling both food security and climate change? combining all those factors makes coming to Afula from Tel Aviv almost every day seem like a minor task: I’m having the time of my life

Lior Naaman
Chief Brand Officer
Eeyar Lebovitch

I have been in SupPlant 5 years now, and have seen the company undergo big changes. I was lucky enough to be  part of this process by taking part in almost all areas, from product development to strategy, and from customer support to sales. This allowed me to meet amazing people – customers, partners and colleagues, from whom I learned so much and that allowed me to fully express my professional abilities. We created a strong relationship between the SupPlant team, which makes the time spent at work an exceptionally rewarding experience

Agustin Pimstein, Ph.D
Lead Research Agronomist

SupPlant in Society

Our Culture grows deep

Our potential is you!

Location, location, location

SupPlant is Based in Afula, the capital of the valley, strategically located between endless fields of green. We are a tech company, but we also like to get a good feel for the outdoors. It’s not just about the feel though: we have a lot of clients and partners around us, and we visit them often. In fact, every employee at supPlant installs one of our systems at least once. So get ready to get your hands dirty!

Our potential is you!

Happy hour every day!

Well, that was actually a click-bate: our happy hour takes place every Thursday, and it usually includes a drink or two, so that would make the working week a strange one. But we do take pride in an atmosphere that is super lively and, well, happy. We don’t like to use the word “family”: for that you have a family. Let’s call all of us at SupPlant close relatives. That will do
